Imperial India Pale Ale #500

Apperance: A clouded amber beer with an off-white head leaving good lacing and curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is citric, some honey sweetness, but mainly hoppy grassy tones. (4)
Taste: The taste is initially sweet, toffee and caramel, then some porridge with honey, bitter oranges, a sherry nuance, and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and oily, big body and good long dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: Still a really, really nice DIPA. (4.5)
