Apperance: A clear reddish brown colored beer. A tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Grass, hay, ripe apples. (3)
Taste: Tasting of dark bread, red apples, nettles, bitter grass and hay. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A clean, crisp and hoppy brown ale. (3.5)
