Apperance: This beer is hazy "murky" golden, a small white head that leaves almost no lacing. (3) Aroma: Smelling sweet, fruity, raisins and dried apricots, rather faint spices, cardamom and cinnamon, definitely yeast and, yes - haystack! (3.5) Taste: Much fruity sweetness, dried apples and oranges, some malty notes, cinnamon buns. A bit yeast. Very little bitterness, but this bottle where a bit old (a month past exp date). (3.5) Palate: Mild carbonation, a nice body. (4) Overall: This sample was a bit old, so smell and taste where maybe a bit off. I very much enjoy it on warm summer nights. (4)
