Apperance: A deep gold beer with a off-white head leaving some lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is mostly citric fruits and flowers, a bit of dried grass and a malty sweetness, but also some bananas and spices. (3.5) Taste: Tasting mostly of bitter notes from the hops, but also some raisin-like sweetness. A belgian yeast vibe from this keg. (3.5) Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4) Overall: A very nice sipping beer full of nice floral and fruity smells. (3.5)
