Ekholmen Ekologiska Ale

Apperance: A slightly hazy rather pale straw colored brew, a white fluffy head, lots of lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell has sweet raisin-like components, orange sour notes, bitter hops, and some Alka-selzer. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting of some sweet bread, rather much bitterness that stays. Rather raw tones. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a bit watery, but with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Quite ok as an ale, but not Nynäs' best. (3.5)
