Apperance: A pale straw colored hazy beer, with a white large foam that recedes rather quickly leaving a good lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is the typical spices, cardamom, cumin, citric fruits, bitter orange, sweet syrup, bread loafs and some yeast. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is starting with a clean toffee sweetness, acid tones from lemon and oranges, spicy notes, clove and cardamom, a little bitterness like orange seeds. (4.5)
Palate: A rather mild carbonation and a fresh, yet rich and complex feeling. (4)
Overall: A typical sunset, or sitting-on the porch beer. Or why not to a spicy soup. (4)
