Apperance: A clear dark straw colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, honey and grass. (4)
Taste: Tasting of brown bread, bitter orange marmalade and grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A pleasant, more than expected hoppy, ale. (3.5)
