Secret Santa

Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A off-white head with no lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of sweet bread, ripe apples, sour wine and fermented honey. (3)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, bitter orange marmalade, vinegar and oak. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a slight dry finish. (3.75)
Overall: The oak had probably pushed this one (a year old) too much to the sour side. Not bad, but not really a quad any more. (3)
