Apperance: A hazy brown colored beer. A fluffy tan head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of brown bread, over ripe apples, some pine needles and old cheese. (4)
Taste: Tasting nuts and brown sugar, sweet dark bread, some Port and licorice. (3.75)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all good maurity, very good with mince pie. (4.5)
