Apperance: A clear light amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of swet dough, lemon, clove and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting bread, grape-fruit peel marmalade, spices, peppar and ginger and sour milk. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a long dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Rather difficult with the spiciness that dominates over the other nuances. (3)
