Apperance: A clear deep amber colored beer. A high off-white head with small lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of sweet bread with nuts, fruits, apple, soicy, ginger, horse radish and green hay. (4)
Taste: Tasting hether honey porridge, pear and mint marmalade and generally fruity and spicy. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: Rather interesting, spicy and warm without any hop feeling. Could be a good base for "glögg" (glühwein). (3.5)
