Apperance: A dark black beer. A brown head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread crust, dried dates, dark coffee and smoked meat. (4.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet dark bread, dark chocolate, coffee, dried figs and some licorice. (4)
Palate: Low carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Really well done stout, Dieu de Ciel delivers as always. (4.5)
