Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, grape-fruit, lemon and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet white bread, bitter orange marmalade and grape-fruit peel. Some spicy notes, clove, cardamom. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, an oily texture. A big body with a coarse dry finish. (4)
Overall: On the verge of being too bitter, but has some body to balance it. (4)
