Apperance: A hazy deep chestnut colored beer. A high off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of old vinegar, red fruits, dill and some stable. (4.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet brown sugar, vinegar and wine, raisins, some spices and oak. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a good dry finish. (4)
Overall: Brilliantly balanced, even tough it feels young. But that's refreshing. (4.5)
