Apperance: A hazy amber colored beer. An off-white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of eggs, honey, red apples and gooseberries. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet white bread, potato salad, cheese and lemon zest. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft and sticky texture. A big body with a smooth dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A nice well balanced saison, with very light brett vibes. (4)
