Unfiltered Lager

Apperance: The beer is hazy dark straw colored, has a white head leaving good lacing, medium curtains. (4)
Aroma: Grain, corn. lemon and some red apples. (4)
Taste: Starting sweet white bread, then orange marmalade, and bitter grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft with a good body, a somewhat coarse dryness. (3.5)
Overall: A good lager, maybe - for me - a bit too much bitter hops to keep the balance. (3.5)
