Apperance: The brew is dark golden, clear, with a nelectable white head that leaves no lacing, some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is sour, lemon and sour milk, some earthy aromas, stable, leather. Funky! (4.5)
Flavor: The taste is very crisp, sour, sour cream, vineagar with complex earthy notes. somewhat musky. (4)
Palate: No carbonation, a refreshing feeling, a long dry acid finish. (4)
Overall: Unfortunatly flat, but still a good lambic, clean and very Cantillon. (4)
