Apperance: An hazy dark copper brew, an off-white head with few lacings but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell has spices, dill, some fruits and rubber. (3)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, hard toffee, spices and yeast. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a somewhat dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A nice spicy saison, but lacks some stability. (3.5)
