Apperance: A hazy pale straw color, an enourmous high white head that settles fizzily but leaves some lacing. (3) Aroma: Smelling of yeast and spices, a whiff of green apples. (2.5) Taste: Starting with dextrose green fruits, then yeast, spices. Some clean bitterness, but mostly acid notes. (3) Palate: Exreme carbonation, rather fresh texture, a small body and semi-dry finish. (2.5) Overall: The bottled variant seems to have problems with too much and uneven secondary fermentation. Started to fizz out, and almost exploded when opened. Half went down the sewer. In all not worth the price. (2.5)
