Dragets Kanal Dubbel IPA

Apperance: The beer is clear ruby amber, with a firm and slow beige head that leaves good lacing. Good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling, as expected, citric, grape-fruit and bitter orange, floral, pine needles and grass. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is toffee and butterscotch, bread crust, then grape-fruit juice, tropical fruits, mango, and finally a good aromatic bitterness that lingers around. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, soft and oily, a big body, a dry and warm finish. (4.5)
Overall: Still a really good DIPA, much hops but not unbalanced. (4.5)
