Aroma: Smelling of fudge, butter scotch, dried dates, apricots, Marzipan, almonds and Sherry. (4)
Taste: Tasting of sweet brown bread, dark dried fruits, Sherry and almonds. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and oily, a huge body. A very smooth dryness. (4)
Overall: In small portions, mostly after dinner, with a good dessert, why not Crème Brûlée. (4.5)
