Apperance: The beer is dark golden, slightly hazy, a rather frothy white head leaving good lacing. Some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is musky and earthy, stable, wet dirt and concrete, but also vinegar. Well balanced. (4.5)
Taste: The taste has some initial sweetness, fruits, then sour rhubarb and vinegar - but rather modest, stable notes, some concluding grape peel bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, refreshing, body with a slightly dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: Refreshing, well-balanced and much more mature than 2010. (4.5)
