Apperance: The beer is clear deep straw to brass colored, has a white "soapy" head that leaves some lacing, small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling fruity, apple, lemon, but also egg, soap and boiled vegetables. (3)
Taste: Staring with white sweet bread, then apple juice, lemonade, a short sharp bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, fresh texture with a small body, a dry coarse finish. (3)
Overall: Actually an interesting apple infusion, rather mellow but noticable. Good with a more bitter and less sweet "apple beer". (3.5)
