Weissbier Dunkel

Apperance: This is a very dark brown beer, almost black, the head is tan and recedes rather quickly, leaving some lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is typical for many wheat bears, sour notes mixed with dough and yeast. A sweetness from caramel and toffee. (3)
Taste: Taste is some sourness, bread notes and a rather short bitterness. The malt is dominating. (3.5)
Palate: A heavy carbonation, small sizzling bubbles. (3)
Overall: I have some difficulties with finding the right surrounding for dark sweeter wheat beers, maybe a strong hard cheese? (3)
