Apperance: A black brown brew, a tan head that leaves good lacing, good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of toast, dark roasted coffee beans, sour red fruits and dark chocolate. (4)
Taste: A sweet dark bread taste, toast, red dried fruits, dark espresso and chocolate. Sour wood. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, smooth, thick and sticky, a big body. (4)
Overall: Still not a bad stout, but the wine cask does not improve it. (3.5)
