Aroma: Smelling caramel, bread and some soy sauce. (3.5)
Taste: Sweet brown bread, caramel, dried red fruits, honey. Some bitter (rye) bread crust. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft and smooth, a small body, a slightly dry finish. (3)
Overall: A light rather airy beer, with a short impression. (3)
