Apperance: Amber and slightly hazy, an off-white high head that recedes slowly leaving lots of lacing. Good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is very floral and citric, pine, pine resion and grape-fruit. (4)
Taste: The taste strats sweet toffee, then grape-fuit juice and peel, pine resin as well. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, smooth and oily, a bit sticky. A dry finish. (4)
Overall: A mature DIPA, more balanced than the bottle I tried a couple of years ago. (4)
