Apperance: A clear sparkling deep brass brew, a small white head with little lacing and small curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Funky stable notes, earth, horse and vinegar. (4.5)
Taste: Starting with a perky dextrose sweetness, then lemon, yeast, stable, very balanced. (4.5)
Palate: High carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a refreshing texture, medium small body, a sour dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very well balanced and smooth gueuze. School! (4.5)
