Aroma: The smell is very yeasty, grape-fruit and lime soda, some vinegar and spice. (3)
Taste: Starting with sweet cardamom bun, then bitter orange marmalade. (3.5)
Palate: A medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a sour dry finish. (4)
Overall: A bit sweet, but rather refreshing, better with food than as a thirst quencher. (3.5)
