Apperance: The beer is clear dark copper, with an off-white head leaving lacing. Good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet dried fruits, figs, dates, orange candy. Caramelized sugar. Eggnog. (4)
Taste: Tating sweet bread, dried apricots, spices, cardamom. Sherry and bitter almonds. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Well balanced, needs some years tough. (4)
