Apperance: A clear light amber beer, a nearly white head, lot's of lacing. (4)
Aroma: A complex smell, sweet raisins, grape and sour milk, cheese, yeast and a bit of old closed closet. (3.5)
Flavor: The taste has much, maltiness, biscuits, some sour lemons and bitterness in abundance. (4)
Palate: Rather high carbonation, a very dry feeling. (3.5)
Overall: A good bitter beer, to enjoy slowly. (4)
