Halmstad Summer Lager

Apperance: The brew is clear, pale, very pale, straw, has a white head that settles rather quickly leaving little lacing. Small curtains. (2.5)
Aroma: The smell is boiled vegetables and sausage water. (2)
Taste: Starting sweet, corn flakes, then some bitter alkaloid notes, a hint of mint. (2.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, watery feeling, thin body. A slightly dry finish. (2.5)
Overall: The same procedure as last year, this will not be my favorite summer beer. (2.5)

Bottle 330 ml. (At De Klomp Tasting 120707, very cold - which improved the experience)
