Apperance: A clouded amber brew, a very high warm off-white head with good lacing and curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of butter, grass and grape-fruit. (3.5)
Taste: Sweet toffee start, grass, nettles, hay and grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and oily, a good body and dry finish. (4)
Overall: A full crammed hoppy brew, but I wonder if there wasn't British hops as well. (3.5)
