India Pale Ale

Apperance: The ale is clear amber, has an off-white head with little lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: A grassy hop character, spices, nettles and resin. (3.5)
Taste: Sweet honey and toffee start, then pepper, nettles, spices and lemon seeds. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and smooth texture, a good body and dry finish. (4)
Overall: Not really a west coast AIPA in my world, more a well hopped EIPA. (3.5)
