Apperance: The beer is clear light amber, an off-white head that settles rather quickly, but leaves good lacing and has some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: A fresh fruity smell, red apples, lemon, some grass. (3.5)
Taste: Starting with sweet toffee, some bread, then pears and oranges, lemon peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, soft and fresh, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A decent ale, good with fish'n chips. (3.5)
