India Pale Ale

Apperance: The beer is in a cooper/amber tone with a thick off-white head that leaves lots of lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is first from citric hops, lime and grapefruit a hint of candid sugar sweetness and oatmeal biscuits. Possibly a metallic tone. (4.5)
Taste: The taste is first a bit oily, some candid sugar and quite a grapefruit peel bitterness that lingers. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, rather watery but with and a finishing dry feeling. (4)
Overall: Good, but not top notch, a bit uneven. (3.5)
