Apperance: The beer is clear straw colored, with a white head leaving some lacing. Small curtains. (3)
Aroma: Fruity aromas, ripe apples, some vegetables and dough. Rather pleasant. (3.5)
Taste: Starting sweet white bread, then some lemon and apple juice, a tart peel finish. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, small soft bubbles, a soft and smooth texture, a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A not-to-bad Kölsch. (3.5)
