Taste: Staring with sweet bread, cinnamon roll, cardamom and cumin, apple marmalade, pear peel. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft and sticky, a minimal dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: To be enjoyed with a ripe cheese. (4)
