Apperance: The beer is clear amber, a tan head taht leaves some lacing, some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is honey and pears, malt. (4)
Taste: Starting sweet, loaf of bread with some toffee, then a fruit mix, cherries?, acid bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, refreshing, a good body, and with a small dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: An experimental brew without name so far, rather promising. (3)
