Apperance: A hazy light amber beer, an off-white rather small head, some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of honey, syrup, grass. (3.5)
Taste: Taste of white syrup bread, a dash of sherry, some slight chili spiciness, grass and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft and oily, a good body, slightly dry. (4)
Overall: Well done, good balance, and the 10% ABV do not show. (4)
