Apperance: Hazy light amber, an off-white rather small head, some lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of lemon drops, yellow jelly beans, dill and fudge. (3.5)
Taste: Taste of white bread, toffee, dill, crayfish and nettles. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a good body, slightly dry. (3.5)
Overall: Nope, Sorachi Ace is not my favorite hop, and especially not as single hop. (3)
