Irish Whiskey Cask

Apperance: A beer that is rather dark brown, a tan high head that settles rather quickly leaving much lacing, good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of brown sugar eggnog, including an alcohol presence. (4)
Flavor: Starting with, wood - saw dust, brown sugar, dates some bitter seed notes. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, small bubbles, slightly sticky and oily, a watery rather thin body, a dry short finish. (3)
Overall: One of the better I&G, was not ruined by the oak. (3.5)
