Apperance: The beer is deep amber has a firm warm off-white head that leaves good lacing and medium curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling sweet syrup, cloud-berries, egg, hay. (4)
Taste: Taste off sweet loaf of bread, toffee, mango, orange peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small foamy bubbles, oily and sticky, a smooth dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A surprsingly hoppy bock, almost too sharp. (3)
