Happy Hoppy Easter

Apperance: An enormous warm yellowish head that settles slowly leaving loads of lacing, the brew is clear amber with small bubbles. Some curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is very citric, lemon, lime, grape-fruit marmalade. (4.5)
Taste: Starting sweet toffee, brown bread, then citric bitter tones, grape-fruit and lemon peel. (4)
Palate: High carbonation, soft and oily, slightly sticky, a smooth long dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all a very good AIPA, fresh and citric. The Easter connection I don't get. (4.5)
