Apperance: The ale is clouded deep red, has a high firm pink head that settles slowly and leaves loads of lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling funky leather, stable, fermented black currants. (4)
Taste: No sweetness to talk about, a very invigorating tart sourness, red fruit aroma, crushed cherry seed bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a dry almost course texture, medium body with lots of freshness. Does not feel like near 8%. (4)
Overall: A very nice lambic style beer. (4)
