Pale Ale

Apperance: A light amber clear brew, an off-white small head leaving little lacing and few curtains. (3)
Aroma: The smell is grass with apples and nettles. (3.5)
Taste: Brown bread, apples, grass and apple seeds. (3.5)
Palate: High carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a fresh feeling, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A good dry ale (they claim American inspired, but I perceive it as quite British) (4)
