Apperance: A clouded amber brew, an off-white head with little lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling funky, cheese, fermented strawberries, nettles and resin. (3.5)
Taste: Starting sweet toffee, cheese, grape-fruit, resin, oil and rubber. (3.5)
Palate: Light carbonation, small bubbles, oily, a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A complex, overpowering and intrusive hop character. (3.5)
