Blåbær Lambik

Apperance: The beer is hazy deep ruby with blue nuances, a pinkish head that leaves little lacing and not very much curtains. (4)
Aroma: I smell horse, stable, leather, some forest moisture, damp blueberry plants. (5)
Flavor: The taste is complex sweet fructose forest fruits, concrete and wet hay, a fresh, very cantillonish acidity. (4.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small alert bubbles, a bit foamy but very refreshing feeling, a smooth long dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very much complexity and stable presence, an, as always, good Cantillion. (5)
