IPA (India Pale Ale)

Apperance: A slightly hazy golden brew, an off-white head leaving almost no lacing and small curtains (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of pine resin, honey and grape-fruits. (4)
Taste: Tasting toffee, pale bread, and then very quickly bitter oranges and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft and a bit oily, a good body and dry finish. (4)
Overall: This is a straight and honest AIPA, no fuzz. (4)
