Apperance: The brew is clear amber, has an egg-white head that settles leaving a fine lacing. Some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smell strong, alcoholic, plums. (3)
Taste: Very sweet, fruits, plums, apricots, brandy. (3)
Palate: Low carbonation, soft and sticky, a modest dry finish. (3)
Overall: Too sweet and boozy to go really well with "Christmas food", but not really bad as a Winter Warmer. (3.5)
